ALEX PRIVACY POLICY
Customers should read carefully the Terms of Use ("Terms") of the Alex web application application ("Application"). You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of the Terms when using the application. If you do not agree with any of our Terms (this version and the updated versions), please do not download, or install, use, and instead remove the Application from your mobile device. By installing the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. INTRODUCTION TO THE APPLICATION
Alex web application - The Apollo English Application, is a groundbreaking communication platform at Apollo English, developed by S.E.N Technologies. Alex web application is designed as an electronic contact point between parents and Apollo English, for all centres in Vietnam.
2. UPDATE
This clause may be updated regularly by Apollo English. The updated version will replace the terms and conditions of the original agreement. You can access the Application to view the detailed content of the updated version.
3. APPLICATION OWNERSHIP
This application is developed and owned by S.E.N Technologies. All intellectual property rights related to the Application (including but not limited to the source code, additional modifications, updates of the Application) will belong solely to S.E.N Technologies. No individual or organization is permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or violate the owner's rights without the consent and written permission of S.E.N Technologies.
4. ACCOUNT
4.1. To use the Application, you must have an account registered with Apollo English that is provided when signing up for an Apollo English course.
4.2. You have the Rights to use the Application under Apollo English instructions and guidance. However, such use will not include the following acts without the written consent of S.E.N Technologies:
- Copy, edit, re-create new products or reborn versions based on Alex web application Application;
- Sale, transfer, re-grant, reveal or take part or all of the Application to any third party;
- Use the Application to provide services to any third party (organization, individual);
- Move, remove, change any legitimate notice or sign of the Application (including but not limited to copyright claims);
- Redesign, compile, remove, modify, upset the design of the Application or the Application content;
- Change or cancel the initial state of the Application;
- Use the Application to take any action to harm the network security system of S.E.N Technologies or Apollo English, including but not limited to using data or accessing network servers to remove, edit and add information; distribute malicious programs, viruses or take any other action to harm or destroy the network;
- Using an avatar which is a Alex web application logo or images that violate fine customs, updating the album image which is Alex web application logo, naming the personal account is Alex web application or account names can be confusing as Alex web application.
- Other violations.
4.3. Users take full responsibility for the content they share and their opinions for discussion on the Application. S.E.N Technologies is not responsible for any content posted by users.
4.4. S.E.N Technologies reserves the right to remove any content that we believe violates the above provisions without any liability for your losses due to such removals.

5. VIOLATIONS HANDLE
In case you violate any of the Provisions of this Agreement, S.E.N Technologies reserves the right to immediately lock your account and/or remove all infringing information and content, depending on the nature, the extent of your breach will be responsible to the competent authority, S.E.N Technologies and the third party for any damage caused by or originating from your breach.
6. UPDATES, ACCESS AND INFORMATION COLLECTION RIGHTS
6.1. When using the Application, you acknowledge that we have the right to use the following system APIs to access the data on your phone: (1) Get your login status when consented, (2) Get your current location when approved, (3) Write Application data to the memory card, (4) Access to the Internet from your device. All of these accesses are only made available to you by your consent, so you acknowledge that once you have granted us the rights, you will not have any complaints regarding this access.
6.2. We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, remove, maintain or change application features to ensure the goal of optimal application development for users.

7. COMMITMENT TO INFORMATION SECURITY
We are committed to keeping all the information you provide to Apollo English confidential, and any information we collect from you will not be disclosed to any third party unless we are required to do so by the authorities.
